# Seller
The seller is Parallel Collective, Svartensgatan 10, 116 20 Stockholm, Sweden. Contact: contact@parallelcollective.se.
The corporate identity number and VAT registration number will be published here when the entity registration is finalized.
# Artworks and prices
Each artwork is sold as described on its page: original works are unique, and editions state their edition size. Prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK).
VAT: the VAT treatment of art sales, including the margin scheme for works of art (vinstmarginalbeskattning), is under review by our accountant. The checkout and your receipt state the VAT treatment that applies to your purchase.
# Ordering and payment
Payment is by card through Stripe Checkout. When you start a checkout, the artwork is reserved for 30 minutes; if payment is not completed within that time, the reservation is released.
The purchase contract is concluded when Stripe confirms your payment and you receive the order confirmation email.
# Delivery and pickup
At checkout you choose between shipping and free pickup at the gallery, Svartensgatan 10, Stockholm. Pickup is arranged by email after purchase.
Shipping costs are shown at checkout. We pack each work carefully; the delivery time depends on the destination and is confirmed by email.
The risk for the artwork passes to you on delivery, or when you collect it at the gallery.
# Right of withdrawal (14 days)
As a consumer in the EU you may withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the artwork, without giving a reason (Swedish Distance Contracts Act, 2005:59). We currently apply the 14-day right of withdrawal to unique artworks as well; whether an exemption applies to unique works is pending final legal review.
To withdraw, email contact@parallelcollective.se within the deadline and state your order number. You may use the standard withdrawal form from the Swedish Consumer Agency (Konsumentverket), but it is not required.
Return the artwork in unchanged condition, carefully packed, within 14 days of your withdrawal notice. You pay for the return shipping and bear the risk of the return transport. You may examine the work as you would in the gallery; you are liable for any reduction in value beyond that.
We refund the purchase price and the original standard delivery cost within 14 days of receiving the returned work, or of proof that you have sent it, using your original payment method.
# Transport damage and complaints
Check the packaging and the artwork on arrival and report transport damage to us as soon as possible.
You have a three-year right to complain about defects under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (2022:260). Complain within a reasonable time after discovering a defect; within two months is always in time.
# Disputes
Swedish law governs these terms. As a consumer you can refer a dispute to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN, arn.se) or to the Swedish courts.
