Panel talk: art, accessibility and creative practice

A conversation about art, accessibility and creative practice, departing from the exhibition Beröringspunkter – en taktil konstupplevelse.

Filippa Austin, an artist with broad experience of moderating panel conversations, including at Järvaveckan, leads the talk. Anne Mondotter, artist and chair of SKKF, the Swedish association of visually impaired artists and craftspeople, works mainly in ceramic sculpture, serves on the user council of the Swedish audio description training programme, and is active in the Swedish Association of the Visually Impaired (SRF) and ASK – Alla Sinnens Konst. Christina Wolmar, visually impaired artist and former chair of SKKF, works on finding new and more tactile ways of developing her artistic practice. Sara Borgegård, jewellery artist with a master's degree in craft, is educational curator at Nationalmuseum, focusing on craft, design and accessibility.

Programme: the exhibition opens at 17.00, the panel talk runs 18.00 to around 19.00, followed by a mingle and the exhibition until around 20.00.
