Konstnärsnämndens International Program for Dance and Circus, in collaboration with Dansinitiativet i Norrbotten, offers Sweden-based dance and circus artists a two-week residency in Luleå to concentrate on and develop their artistic work, and the chance to invite an international artist to Sweden.
