Frequently asked questions
How do I cancel my membership?
Cancel any time via Manage subscription on your account page. The membership runs to the end of the paid year and does not renew after cancellation. You keep your queue number.
Is VAT included in the price?
Prices are stated in Swedish kronor. The Stripe receipt itemizes any applicable VAT.
What is a queue number?
A sequential number within your tier, assigned once at your first completed payment. It never changes and you keep it even if you cancel.
How are residency places allocated?
Artist members apply to open cycles and a jury selects on portfolio quality, with queue position as a weighting factor. Supporter members are included in the periodic member-benefit selection, in queue-number order.
Is the membership tax-deductible?
Membership fees are generally not tax-deductible for private individuals in Sweden. Check your situation with your tax adviser.
Supporter residency stays are allocated through a documented selection process, deterministically in queue-number order. Method and terms are published before each selection.
