For Kulturnatten 2026 we joined the official programme with Enter Gut: a six hour live performance exhibition where the gallery walls became a digesting organism.
Kulturnatten is the one night each year when all of Stockholm stays out for culture, and we have made a habit of going all in. In 2025 we marked it with the finissage of Pneuma, the exhibition by Josefin Eklund and Ingrid Arnsand Jonsson, while the DJ collective Sonic Erection played from six until midnight and our sponsor S:t Eriks Bryggeri made us all less thirsty.
For 2026 we wanted more than a closing party. Enter Gut joined the official Kulturnatten programme: a six hour live performance exhibition, on 18 April from 18:00 to midnight.
The premise was simple and a little unsettling. Step into the gallery: its walls are a living, breathing organism that slowly consumes and digests you. You are in the gut. Inside it, Liepa Mikaliunaite, Fe3elix and Elin Fiorentino performed across the full six hours, in a night curated by Kajsa Frisk and Kays Ismail.
In the weeks before, we introduced the three artists one at a time. On the night itself, the first 50 visitors received a limited programme designed by Kajsa Frisk. Fifty exist, and there will be no more: the evening was built not to repeat.
